Our Famous One-On-One Strength Training Packages

The first strength training package is for 6 one-on-one sessions
The second strength training package is for 12 one-on-one sessions
The third strength training package is for 18 one-on-one sessions

The 6-session strength training package comes with:
-No membership cost (sessions must be taking place within 2 weeks)
-10 % off regular price

The 12-session strength training package comes with:
-1 month membership free (the 12 sessions must be taking place within 4 weeks)

The description of the STSA’s Strength Training Packages:
1-The first session consists of finding out what is weak so it can be addressed right away
The strength and conditioning test consists of finding out what is weak and what is strong, this takes the guessing game right out of the equation and allows for quicker results. The St. Thomas Strength Athletics is the only facility offering this unique service.
2-A maximum time of 1 hour.
3-Appropriate amount of cardiovascular fitness.
4-Active/dynamic stretching.
5-The exercises (a maximum of 3 per session).
6-You are introduced to the “Groove Training®” concept.
7-You are trained by Daniel Pare, NCCP, CSO, CSPS, CSTS.
8-Learn proper form and technique and proper breathing techniques when exercising.
9-Strengthen your core musculature. (The muscles located between the knee joint and the rib cage).
10-Train at the level at which you remain strong, so results occur faster.

The St. Thomas Strength Athletics, S.T.S.A., is holding a clinic on proper lifting and training techniques. Learn proper form to avoid injury. This clinic was successfully presented at the London Police Headquarters.

You will learn about:
1- Learn about strength training
2- Learn about Olympic weightlifting, the snatch and the clean and jerk
3- Learn proper form and technique for bench-press, deadlift, squat and more
4- Learn to increase strength and/or lose weight utilizing strength training
5- Learn how to get great results by utilizing 5 repetitions per set “Groove Training”
6- Learn how to train to remain strong from the beginning to the end of your work outs
